How do I get there?

Public tram and bus services will be running near the event. The train station is also nearby.

Please be aware that there is a Strikers match being held at the Adelaide Oval in the afternoon.  Traffic restrictions will be in place in the evening and no vehicle access will be possible on King William St near Elder Park.

By Car – Is there a designated drop off area?

We encourage our patrons to catch public transport, however there is a drop off/pick up point on Kintore Ave.

Alternatively there are paid parking lots near Elder Park on North Terrace.


Can I still buy a ticket?

Yes, you can still purchase a ticket to FOMO Adelaide. Head to for the last remaining tickets.

Will tickets be available at the gate on the day?

Yes, tickets will be available at the gate on the day up until 8pm unless sold out prior.

Do I have to print out my ticket?

No, tickets can be scanned from your phone.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Hard copy tickets cannot be replaced if lost, so please treat them like cash.

Tickets purchased online via Eventbrite or Ticketbooth will be delivered in the form of a bar-coded print-at-home PDF ticket; or a bar-coded Passbook e-ticket (electronic ticket on mobile device).

FOMO will continue to support music charity Heaps Decent alongside a new partnership with the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, donating one dollar for every online ticket sold to their powerful causes. Heaps Decent have worked with young people across Australia’s metropolitan, regional and remote areas, providing quality music and art workshops to build positive stories, connections and community engagement through music production, recording and multimedia visual arts. The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre works tirelessly to provide aid and advocacy for refugees and people seeking asylum, maximising their wellbeing through food, education, healthcare, housing and employment support. As an independent human rights organisation, they also provide legal aid and advocate for social change.

Age & Identification Requirements

FOMO is a 16+ event. All patrons must present valid photo ID in order to enter FOMO festival Adelaide. Accepted ID for 18+ patrons attending FOMO festival in Adelaide will be as follows:

Australian photo Driver’s License or Learner’s Permit; or

Passport; or

DIGITAL PASS Photo ID Card or equivalent (*see below)

Anyone who fails to present an Accepted ID upon entry will not be allowed into FOMO festival Adelaide.

If you are aged 16 to 18 years old you still are required to present ID. In lieu of the above we will accept a school or university ID card.

Expired ID cannot be accepted

No refunds will be processed for anyone who is denied entry because they did not bring Accepted ID.

The Conditions of Entry and Ticketing Terms & Conditions apply to everyone attending FOMO festival Adelaide. Promoter reserves the right to evict any persons engaging in illegal activities.

* Proof of Age Card issued by an interstate government authority, such as:

SA residents: SA Photo Card issued by SA Department of Transport.


Will Pass Outs be available on the day?

There are no Pass Outs on the day. If you choose to leave the Festival at any point, you will not be admitted back in. There will be more than enough food, drinks, amenities and of course, music to keep you going all day.

When do the festival gates open?

Gates open at 11:00am with the event finishing at 10.00pm.

What happens if it rains on the day?

FOMO will go ahead rain, hail or snow. Maybe not tornado though.

Can I bring my own alcohol into the festival?

No. FOMO is licensed to sell food & drinks and provides great, well-stocked bars. All bags are searched on arrival.

What size bag can I bring?

You will be permitted to bring in any bag/ backpack size into FOMO Adelaide. All bags will be searched upon entry.

Can I go barefoot?

Sorry guys shoe wear is necessary - thongs and sandals are fine but we highly recommend enclosed footwear as it is a long day.

Where do I report any lost or found articles?

Found: Please take any found items to festival staff.

Lost: If you misplace something please check with gate staff on the day as things will be turned in there. Alternatively, please email and we will do our very best to help you.

Does FOMO festival Adelaide have disabled access & facilities?

FOMO Adelaide is a one-door in/out event and is easily accessible to the disabled and will have disabled facilities. Whilst there are sealed pathways that run through Elder Park, please be aware it is not a flat surface in all areas.


The First Aid station for FOMO Adelaide is located to the left of the Stage as well as near the entrance to the festival. Crowd Care is near the food along the Torrens River area.

Can I bring my prescription medication?

FOMO is committed to maintaining the safety and wellbeing of all persons on site, and is very aware that a proportion of the festival audience have a requirement to bring prescribed medicines and or special foods onto site.

To gain entry to FOMO with special Medical requirements, approval must be granted from the event medical provider Event Medical Services prior to the event.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to people carrying any of the items listed below.

  • Illicit drugs
  • BYO alcohol
  • Glass.
  • Anything that may reasonably be considered a weapon, including potential missiles or studded belts
  • Professional photo of video equipment. Anything with a detachable lens.
  • Animals (other than registered guide dogs)
  • Flares, fireworks or sparklers
  • Lasers or laser pointers
  • Professional recording or broadcast devices without the promoter’s permission
  • Flags with poles, large flags or banners that may obstruct the view of other patrons
  • Any items that you intend (or such quantities of the item from which management can reasonably infer that you intend) to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale or display for marketing or promotional purposes
  • Any other items as determined by Security or Management that may cause injury or public nuisance
  • Sealed drink containers
  • Chairs
  • Skateboards. scooters, rollerblades, bicycles
  • Any other items deemed dangerous or potentially disruptive by FOMO in its discretion
  • Eskies
  • Umbrellas
  • Glow Sticks

  • Over the counter medication or vitamins - including paracetamol & ibuprofen (these are

available at the first aid tent)

  • Animals are not permitted except for guide dogs and other registered assistance dogs.

What kind of cameras & recording devices can I bring with me?

No professional cameras (read: cameras with detachable lenses) are permitted without formal media accreditation. Likewise no audio or film recording equipment (including GoPros) can be brought into the Festival.

Can I bring a vape?

Yes, however you cannot bring any rechargeable fluids / cartridges
